Sens lead 2-1 over the Devils

The Sens lost the second game of their series 2-3 in the second period of overtime. That was a disheartening loss after equalizing and Dany Heatley taking the game to overtime in the very last dying seconds of the third period with the tying goal. Daniel Alfredsson had scored the other goal for Ottawa in the second period. But the Devils won that in OT.

Last night, the series shifted to the Canadian Capital and the Sens got a shutout win in front of their home crowd. Tom Preissing & Jason Spezza provided the goals and Ray Emery saved 25 shots for his second playoff shutout. Another win on Wednesday in Ottawa and the series is theirs. GO SENS GO!

I’m Glad that April Is Over

This has been the worst month for me personally. Funny how the weather can sometimes reflect your own mindset. Hot & humid during the day and thunderous lightning and heavy rain during the evenings or night time. Just like in my head.

I am glad to see the end of this shitty month. Come to think of it, last April was kind of shitty as well.
