Are you comfortable in front of people, or does the idea of public speaking make you want to hide in the bathroom? Why?

I think it depends on the situation. I am a trainer in the BPO industry and I love training and I usually love talking in front of a small crowd of 25-15 people especially if they are receptive to the subject. I love interacting with young people who want to learn and are ready and willing and I like cracking jokes and making laugh and have a good time.

I was just part of a 4 day train the trainer program with focus on more of adult style training and it was fun and a wonderful experience. I do get nervous, especially when I am being judged or something like that but it was fun in the end and I ended up doing quite well and received quite a few rounds of applause and plaudits for my performance. It was truly awesome and I love things like this.
