The very first thing you would do upon hearing that you won the lottery.

The last time I got a prompt on these lines this was my answer – A new luxury apartment is what I would buy first. I have mentioned it a few times here that I wish I could sell this apartment and move to a new one. One of the biggest reasons I haven’t is that, well we don’t have much money. Either I have to sell first and then use that money to buy the new place. Finding a place to live in the meanwhile is a problem. I, dad & mum could stay at my sister’s place but I wouldn’t want to impose too much. So winning a lottery would be great.

Depending on the money, if it is a nice chunk of money but not that high, say 2-5 lakhs, then I would buy the flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and a higher end, fully armoured laptop for my personal use. I get so jealous when I see people in most countries buying the latest flagship phones and me having to work out a plan, adjust my budget just to get the best in the mid-range ones. I’ve written before about this and I would like to easily buy the ones that I want.

And then if there is some money left over, order some clothes and upgrade my wardrobe, buy a few upgrades for the home in appliances – tv, fridge, coffee maker & other kitchen stuff and then relax with a nice meal and drink.
