At the office we have our work cut out. The Q4 quarter did not start all that well for us – 2 parameters were finally in green but one main parameter and possibly another is in red out of 5. However the center is optimistic with the efforts put in during the last 2 weeks.

We also have a few individuals from another center aligned to us for a month or so because their center is doing very well and because their business is lower than usual. With this intervention, we are very sure that we have all the weapons with us to do well. It’s just a matter of putting in the efforts.

So we had a party today. A get together to shake loose some frustrations and tensions and to dance the night away. Singing, dancing and drinking was on the agenda. Good food and snacks – yum yum. I’m not going to go into the details only that everyone was happy with what was served. We dance and we sang and we promised to do well. That is all I hope for.
