I haven’t seen this video but heard & read a lot about it since the Crash Test Dummies are one of my favourite bands. The song is a cover of XTC’s original release, Ballad Of Peter Pumpkinhead and CTD did their version for the soundtrack of the 1994 hit comedy movie Dumb & Dumber. The video stars Jeff Bridges who co-starred in the movie.
