Arsenal Sign Denis Suarez On Loan

It’s complete. Arsenal have completed the loan signing of Denis Suarez. He joins from Barcelona on loan until the end of the season with an option to purchase for £18million.

He’s got five months to really impress and earn that deal. Suarez, who has one cap for Spain, has also agreed a new contract with Barcelona to protect his market value should a permanent move to the Emirates not work out, with his new deal expiring in June 2021.

He will link up again with Arsenal boss Unai Emery, who he worked with during a loan spell at Sevilla during the 2014-15 season. Arsenal will be paying Suarez’s wages during his loan spell. Suarez played 71 games in three seasons with the first team at Barcelona, scoring eight goals and has won five trophies: La Liga, two Copas del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups. Born in Salceda de Caselas, Pontevedra, Galicia, Suárez played youth football in his home country for Porriño Industrial and Celta de Vigo.

Suárez signed for Manchester City on 23 May 2011. Manchester City beat off interest from Barcelona, Chelsea and rivals Manchester United signing him for an initial fee of £850,000 with the potential to rise by £2.75 million depending on appearances and performances. On 22 August 2013 Suárez completed a transfer to Barcelona for an undisclosed fee, signing a four-year contract. During the 2013–14 season he played mostly for Barcelona B in the Spanish Segunda División to continue his development. In July 2014, Suárez was loaned to Sevilla for two seasons as part of the deal which saw Ivan Rakiti? move to Barcelona.

He made his competitive debut on 12 August in the 2014 UEFA Super Cup at Cardiff City Stadium, playing 78 minutes before being substituted for José Antonio Reyes in the 2–0 defeat to Real Madrid. On 29 August 2015, Suárez completed a transfer to Villarreal for an undisclosed fee, signing a four-year contract which includes a buy back clause. On 4 July 2016, Barcelona announced the return of Suárez after exercising the buy back clause. Barcelona paid €3.5 million and Suárez signed a four-year contract, with an option of a further year depending on the number of appearances. In his first season, Suárez managed only 12 La Liga starts.

Can’t Afford A Vacay? Make Your Home Feel Like A Hotel 100%

Vacations are expensive, and something that unless you save up for a while, many people can’t afford. But, this doesn’t mean that you can’t feel like you are on vacation by turning your home into a hotel! There are some simple ways to do this, and some of these might be easier than you think. We have come up with a list of things that you can do to make your home feel like a hotel, so that you can enjoy a vacation at home!

Go Shopping For Some Deluxe Dinners

The first thing that you should think about doing is going shopping for some luxury dinners. What we mean by this is think of some of the meals that you wouldn’t normally have, be that because they are expensive or because they aren’t great for you, and get them for the next couple of days. It will feel as though you are truly in a hotel with a luxury meal right at your fingertips. Make sure that it is something that doesn’t take much prep time so that you get the most out of the experience!

Get The Best Bed You Can

Have you ever laid down on a hotel bed and just thought, this is what heaven feels like? It’s all to do with the mattress. Hotels have the comfiest mattresses and that is why you have such a good night of sleep when you are there. So, if you want to make your bed feel like this, you need to shop around in mattress stores to find the right quality that you need. Once you get this home and on your bed, you are going to feel like you are on the comfiest bed in the world! This is one of the best parts of vacations that you can have right in your own home!

Add Some Hotel Comforts To Your Bedroom

Something else that you can do is add some of the comforts of a hotel room to your bedroom. When you think of a hotel, what is the first thing that you think of? Big TV? Mini fridge? Fluffy robes? Any of these can be purchased for your bedroom. It doesn’t have to cost you a fortune to buy a mini-fridge for your bedroom, and if you love the fluffy robes that make you feel as though you are wrapped in a cloud, you can get these online! The TV is going to be the most expensive item on this list, but even then, you can think of it as an investment that is going to last you for years.

Take A Weekend Away From The Chore Wheel

You might not be able to afford to go abroad, but you can still act like you are. Take a break from doing the regular tasks of washing, doing the dishes, vacuuming and so on and hire a maid to do these things for you. It is only going to be for a couple of days so you don’t need to worry about spending too much cash on this, and it will give you a break that you deserve.

Hopefully, you have found these suggestions useful and will put some of them into place to make your home feel like a hotel!

When I First Started

The day you started blogging. What were you thinking?

When I first started blogging, way back in 2002 and on a different blog than this, it was mainly because I had made the move from my hometown to Calicut and I thought it was a good way to capture my thoughts, ideas and what I was going through and events that happen to me living alone in a new city.

I was living & working in that city, renting a small room in a lodge and making very little but a couple of times a week I went to an internet cafe (yes we had plenty of them in those days) and spent a few rupees to use one of their pcs and connect to the internet, check my mail and browse a bit. Having read a couple of blogs every week before then, I thought it was a good way to keep a track of my life in Calicut. So I started a blog on Blogspot.

Since then it has become a daily habit for me, especially since 2006. I think I will always blog till the end of my time.
