Write about your favorite season.

Despite the pleasant few weeks we had in late December and the first 2 weeks of January of lower temperatures, my favourite season is the monsoon. I love the rains, as long as I do not get too wet or catch bad colds or fevers. I love the monson seasons because that means as long as it rains we have cooler days and nights and less mosquitoes.

The mosquitoes go away during the heavy rain falls and that means, cool nights sleeping between the sheets. I love falling asleep to a nice heavy rainfall (as long as we don’t see the awful floods we had last year) and it’s a great feeling. The earth gets a cleansing and a bath and it gets refreshed.

Plus the cold rains are awesome for grilled chicken and drinking vodka!
