I would love to plan my own funeral. I’d have a Star Trek and Scifi themed party going. There would be lots of music perhaps even a live band playing great covers of my favourite rock songs. Pearl Jam, Barenaked Ladies, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Nickelback, Rush, Queensryche, Guns n Roses, Megadeth etc etc. Lots of good food – pizza, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, hot dogs, Chinese, some tandoori, shawarmas and kebbas! Vodka, brandy, whiskey, beer, Coke Sprite, 7up, Pepsi and Mountain Due! And maybe even some marijuana!
It won’t be a sombre affair – it will be lots of fun. Have a party, enjoy yourself. As for flowers, anything will do! I’d set everything up, just send me off in style! Celebrate my life and do not mourn it! Some games and charades, a stand up comic, movie clips from my favourite films and tv shows!
