Veteran actor Gary Busey crashes a red carpet interview and goes a little weird. While Ryan Seacrest interviews actresses Laura Linney & Jennifer Garner, Busey rushed in kisses Garner on the neck and basically freaks them out. Even Seacrest seems a bit scared of the guy.
