Work Week Schedule For Food & Coffee

I suddenly have suddenly stopped eating breakfast on weekdays. It just happened like that. Weekends I follow my usual routine of getting breakfast by 8:30 or 9 am at the most along with two cups of coffee. However, while Monday might be an exception, I skip breakfast altogether during the weekdays and only have 2 cups of coffee all morning until I have my lunch at around 1:30pm-2pm. This has become a regular thing for me.

Although when I go out I feel like having some really good food and lots of it, my work week has been like this in terms of food – I wake up around 8-8:30 am and drink one large cup of milk coffee after I wash my face and brush my teeth. At around 10:30 am or 11 am I drink another large cup of coffee but without milk. By 1:30 pm I will have shaved and showered and I eat lunch. Anytime between 5 pm to 6pm I have a coffee and a small snack with my colleagues at the office cafeteria and by 8:30 pm I have dinner.

On some days, depending on how tired or sleepy I am, I will have a cup of coffee at the office between 11pm-12am. That is not regular but I do need it on some days.
